Community Guidelines & Acceptable Use Policy

MyLoveAxis strictly prohibits child sexual exploitation or abuse in any form. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), attempts to obtain or share CSAM, sexualized content involving minors, grooming, sextortion, or using the service to facilitate contact with a child for sexual purposes. Never upload, request, share, describe, link to, or promote this material or conduct.

Sexual violence, threats of sexual violence, and content that promotes or glorifies sexual violence are prohibited. You may not create, upload, share, request, threaten to share, or distribute sexual or intimate content involving another person without that person's clear consent. This includes intimate images, recordings, or digitally created or altered sexual content.

Human trafficking, sex trafficking, and sexual exploitation are prohibited. You may not use MyLoveAxis to recruit, groom, control, threaten, coerce, deceive, transport, harbor, advertise, or obtain any person for exploitation, or to aid, enable, encourage, conceal, or benefit from that conduct.

Sexually explicit profile content is prohibited. Profiles may not contain nudity, graphic sexual descriptions, explicit sexual images, or offers or requests for sexual services. Escort services and adult entertainment are not permitted.

Scams and fraudulent activity intended to defraud users are prohibited. This includes fake profiles, impersonation, deceptive solicitations, payment fraud, and attempts to obtain money, property, credentials, or sensitive information through deception.

Harassment, threats, stalking, and unlawful abuse are prohibited. You may not target, intimidate, menace, follow, repeatedly contact against expressed wishes, or otherwise harm any person through MyLoveAxis, and you may not use the service to aid, enable, encourage, or coordinate abuse, or for unlawful exploitation or abuse of any person.

You may not evade or interfere with safety enforcement at MyLoveAxis. This includes circumventing blocks, limits, or restrictions; creating or using another account after being suspended, removed, or restricted in order to return without permission; masking your identity to avoid enforcement; or tampering with, obstructing, or interfering with reporting, moderation, or safety features.

We may remove content, restrict or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, and report conduct to appropriate authorities when required or permitted by law.

Report safety concerns — including harassment, threats, stalking, exploitation, or any prohibited conduct above — to support@myloveaxis.com. Include what happened, the usernames or profiles involved, and any evidence that helps us review the report. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

Reports are reviewed by authorized reviewers, and relevant report records may be preserved for the retention period described in our Privacy Policy, or longer where required for a lawful request. Closing your account does not erase safety reports you filed or that were filed about you.

When messaging is available and you are authorized to use it, you may exchange text messages with another member only after both participants consent. Message content is treated as private and is available through member messaging only to the participants. Our current reviewer tools do not provide routine access to message content. This does not limit a disclosure required by law. Any future reviewer-access or safety process would require separate approval and disclosure before use.

Message text follows a 12-month retention window from when it was sent. Message text in a closed conversation follows a 90-day window from when each message was sent. Conversation, participant and consent records follow a 24-month window from last activity, and messaging rate-limit records follow a 30-day window. Scheduled cleanup removes records after the applicable window. Filing a safety report does not currently attach, preserve, or extend the retention of message content, and it does not suspend the normal schedule.
