Refund Policy

A Manual Synergy reading is a digital, reflective and interpretive reading delivered after purchase as a private saved report in your Reading Room. It is intended for personal reflection and entertainment, not as a guarantee or prediction, and not as medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Contact us if you believe you were charged twice, were charged an incorrect amount, did not receive your reading, or experienced a technical issue that prevented delivery or access. We will review the details of your request and the delivery record before making a decision.

Manual Synergy readings are generally not refundable once successfully delivered. A request based only on dissatisfaction with an interpretation, changed circumstances, or a reading not producing a desired outcome does not ordinarily qualify for a refund. This does not affect any rights that apply under the law where you live.

Email support@myloveaxis.com from your registered account address. Include your MyLoveAxis order number beginning with “MLA-”, the purchase date if known, and a short summary of the issue. Your order number appears on the Full Reading card and the Receipts page.

Until a self-service cancellation flow is available, send a cancellation request from your registered account address. We will process the request to stop future subscription billing and confirm the cancellation by email.
