Submitting a Law-Enforcement Request
Authorized law-enforcement officials may send requests to support@myloveaxis.com. Please identify the requesting agency and official, provide official contact details, describe the legal authority for the request, identify the account or records sought and the relevant time period, and attach valid legal process where required.
How We Handle Requests
MyLoveAxis reviews requests for authenticity, scope, legal validity, and jurisdiction. We disclose only information that we are legally required to provide and that is reasonably identified by the request. We may ask for clarification, challenge requests that are invalid or overbroad, and preserve records when legally required.
Emergency Safety Concerns
If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency services first. Authorized officials may mark an email to support@myloveaxis.com as an emergency and explain the imminent risk, the people affected, and the information requested. Marking a request as an emergency does not replace applicable legal requirements or guarantee disclosure.
Member Notice and Preservation
We may notify the affected member before disclosing information unless notice is prohibited by law, would create a safety risk, or would compromise a lawful investigation. Preservation requests are evaluated under applicable law and should clearly identify the account and records to be preserved.
