MyLoveAxis is a private astrology-guided relationship-reading experience. It helps you explore a relationship through two birth charts and a focused written reading. Current offers are listed on our Pricing page.

A Manual Synergy reading is a full, authored relationship reading between two people. It is built from both birth charts and delivered as a private saved report you can return to in your Reading Room.

After a successful purchase, your Full Reading appears in your Reading Room. You can open it again while signed in. Its receipt line and Receipts page show the purchase date, amount, and MyLoveAxis order number so you can match the reading to your payment.

While the founding offer is active, eligible founding Pioneer accounts receive Manual Synergy readings at no charge. Those readings are marked “Complimentary Pioneer reading” and receive their own MyLoveAxis order number. The offer ends when the founding places are filled and does not reopen. No. MyLoveAxis readings are reflective and interpretive. They are not guarantees or predictions, and they are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Use them for personal reflection and entertainment. The Terms & Conditions apply.

Manual Synergy readings are generally not refundable once delivered. If a reading was not delivered, you were charged incorrectly, or something went wrong, email support@myloveaxis.com from your registered account address. See the Refund Policy for full details, visit Buyer Support, or contact us. Nothing in our policies limits rights that apply under the law where you live.

Each paid or complimentary Pioneer reading receives a MyLoveAxis order number beginning with “MLA-”. The same number appears on the Full Reading card and the Receipts page. Older readings created before order numbers existed remain available under “Older readings” without a receipt number.

MyLoveAxis uses account, profile, and birth details to provide your private reading experience. We do not sell personal data to third-party advertisers. Some records may be retained for billing, security, and delivery. Read the Privacy Policy for details, including account-deletion requests.
